We have noticed there is an issue with Premium Service (28 days) product from the item shop that the item does not offer its bonus items.

The product is now fixed, but it does not cover the issue with whom purchased the item before we fixed the issue today. If you have purchased the Premium Service (28 days) item from April 21 to April 25 at 11:22 (KST) / 02:22 (UTC), please find the details below.

1. Product name: Premium Service (28 days)

2. Affected audiences: Those that purchased the Premium Service (28 days) from the item shop after the maintenance of April 21 to April 25 at 11:22 (KST) / 02:22 (UTC).

3. Compensation

1) Bonus items will be sent to your storage

  -Melias' offering x27 and Daily dungeon reset ticket x27

2) Due date for the bonus item in the storage is 365 days.

3) On the last day of your premium service, each bonus item will be sent to your storage.

4) Delivery date of the missing bonus item is April 25 16:00 (UTC+9).
