We have found out that current update error on certain OS language is leading to login problem to some players.
Please refer to below details to fix the login problem.

Please follow below steps to fix the problem if you find error message pop-up as above.
1. Please uninstall current game client by running ‘Control Panel’ > ‘Uninstall or Uninstall/Change’
2. Please reinstall the new client from site ‘https://sunclassic.webzen.com/ja/support/download’
3. Fully install the new client. Then login after restarting your PC
