We are continuously on the lookout for bugs, but unexpected bugs may occur in the game.

 

If a bug does occur when playing, please register a ticket with details about the bug (eg. How the bug happened) and we will check the information as quickly as possible.

 

Using bugs to obtain profit, cause harm to other or create misunderstanding may lead to restricted access to the game.

 

■ What to do when a bug occurs

1. Take a screenshot that shows the bug has occurred

2. Report the bug by registering a ticket

 1) Attach the screenshot

 2) Write the details about the bug

3. Continue playing without using the bug found

 

■ When a bug that may cause harm to other occurs

1. Take a screenshot that shows the bug has occurred

2. Immediately exit the game.

3. Report the bug by registering a ticket

 1) Attach the screenshot

 2) Write the details about the bug

4. Enter the game again. Once it has been confirmed bug is no longer in effect, continue playing.

 

■ Follow-Up Actions

1. In the case of personal profit gained or harm caused to others:

 1) Restricted access to the game, depending on the amount of profit gained and degree of harm caused to others.

  - From 21 days ban to permanent ban

 2) All profit gained from bug will be retrieved
