Please find known issues of SUN Classic below.


■ Issues

1. Unable to chat

 1) the chatting system is currently down.


2. unable to use AoE skill

1) All AoE skill is unable to use in game now.

3. Channel 1-4 Queue issue (updated: Mar 11)

1) Channel 1-4 is currently full and is not able to access flawlessly at this moment.

2) When the "Retrieving Character Information" message appears, it means you are in the queue. It is not an error.

3) If your character does not appear on the screen after access to the channel, please try to access Channel 5 or 6.

4) We are really sorry for any inconvenience.

4. Unable to access the server (Update 3/11 22:40)

1) Unable to check the server list or to access the server due to an authentication server failure.

2) We are continuously checking.

3) We will do our best to check quickly and normalize it.

4) We are very sorry for the inconvenience of using the game.

5. Regarding account crackdown on abnormal access attempts (Update 3/12 12:10)

1) We are preparing to check and restrict the number of accounts that try to access through unusual methods.


6. 5 channel inaccessible (Update Mar/13 14:00)

1) We are currently checking the phenomenon that five channels are not accessible.

2) Even if you try to enter another channel after attempting to enter the five channels, it is impossible to enter.

3) We sincerely ask you to try entering other channels other than 5 channels before normalization.

4) We will try to normalize it quickly.

5) It was normalized through the restart of 15:15 on March 13.

We will continue working on resolve above issues as quickly as possible,
