With the April 17, 2025 patch, Transcendence Badges and Pets were changed to be tradable in the Soul Consignment Store.

After allowing the Soul Consignment Store to trade, many users requested restoration because the transaction was completed at a very low price.

In principle, items that were traded at the Consignment Store could not be recovered or retrieved, so we could not help you with this at the time.

Considering that Transcendence Pet and Badge are high-value items and occurred at the beginning of the transaction type change, after continuous discussion, I would like to help you recover because I thought it was a mistake caused by unfamiliarity.

However, since we cannot recover everyone's items, we would like to help those who are satisfied with the following conditions to recover, so if you check the conditions below and register your ticket, we will help you as soon as possible.

2. Recovery Conditions

 1) Items that have been sold before the addition of non-recovery related instructions to the Consignment Store on June 12.

 2) Items traded under 100 Soul at consignment store.

 3) An account that has registered an inquiry ticket for recoverability before June 12.

  - This is a condition to prevent indiscriminate applications such as applying for restoration even though it is an intended transaction, so please understand.

 4) Recovery per account only once.

  ※ Those who meet all of the above conditions are eligible for recovery.

  Ex1) This applies to the conditions in 1), but recovery is not possible unless the conditions in 2) apply.

  Ex2) This applies to the conditions in 3), but recovery is not possible unless the conditions in 2) apply.

  Ex3) Recovery is possible if the conditions in 1), 2), 3), and 4) are all met.
