To comply with Brazil's Child and Adolescent protection law (ECA) and provide a service environment optimized for local guidelines, the minimum age rating for service access in the Brazil region will be raised to 18 years of age or older.

 

Accordingly, a new KWS age verification system will be introduced for users accessing from Brazil-region IPs, and the changes to our service policy are guided below:

※ This policy applies to users accessing the service from a Brazil-region IP and is being implemented to comply with local laws and provide a safer service environment.

 

1. KWS (Kids Web Service) Verification Guide

KWS verification is an age verification system introduced under Brazilian law to confirm whether a user is an adult.

Verification Process

[Web Login] → [KWS Verification Popup] → [Enter Brazilian CPF Information]

※ This policy applies only when accessing from a Brazil-region IP

※ The CPF information entered must match your actual personal information, and if false information is entered, verification may not proceed properly.

Access Information Based on Verification Result

Age verification completed: You may use the game normally.

If under 18 years of age: Access to the game will be restricted because the user does not meet the 18+ service rating requirement.

Future Game Access (Return) Guide

Even if access is restricted, once you later reach 18 years of age and complete age verification, you will be able to access and use the game again with your existing character and game data unchanged.

 

2. Key Implementation Schedule (Brazil Only)

March 31, 2026 (Tue) – April 28, 2026 (Tue) Before maintenance: Age rating increase and KWS verification grace period

※ During this period, normal access is possible even if age verification has not yet been completed.

April 28, 2026 (Tue) after maintenance: Formal enforcement of the age verification policy

※ After the policy takes full effect, users who have not completed age verification will be restricted from accessing the game.

 

3. Compensation and Refund Policy for Minor Users

For Brazil users who can no longer use the service normally due to the increase in the service age rating, compensation and refund policies will be provided as follows to those who meet both of the conditions below:

- Brazilian users who are 16–17 years old as of March 31, 2026 (Tue) based on the date of birth registered in the existing age system

- Users who are unable to complete KWS adult verification and are ultimately restricted from accessing the game

Boxes that can be obtained by achieving a certain level of items that help you grow.

The components of the detailed box will be informed later.

[How to Claim]

Reach the age of 18 and complete KWS age verification.

Return to the game and submit a CS Ticket requesting the package.

The reward will be distributed to your account after our staff confirms your eligibility.

※ This compensation will be granted as account-bound items.

※ The contents of the package may not change depending on circumstances, and any changes will be announced separately through this notice.

 

[Refund Policy]

If you meet the eligibility conditions for refund and wish to terminate the service, a refund will be processed for payments made within the most recent 2 months.

Accounts for which the refund has been completed will be immediately suspended, and the suspension cannot be lifted.

※ Refunds may be restricted depending on the payment method used.
