Hello, We are the SUN Classic team.

We have completed our investigation into the dungeon frame drop issue that has recently been occurring in the game.

We would like to provide information regarding the cause of the issue and our planned response.

In addition, we kindly ask all players to refrain from exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantages or cause disruption to other players.

Any characters found engaging in such activities after the publication of this notice will be subject to account restrictions.

■ Cause

1. An issue was identified in which an abnormally large number of monsters were respawning in a specific area within [Dungeon] Ancient Ark.

2. Characters remaining in that area and continuous hunting caused the dungeon frame drop issue.

■ Action Taken

1. Characters that were staying in the affected area were forcibly disconnected.

 → The frame drop issue has been resolved.

■ Future Actions

1. The abnormal monster respawn issue is scheduled to be fixed during the next regular maintenance.

2. Exploiting Characters

 1) We are currently reviewing the related data, and account restrictions may be imposed depending on the severity of the exploit.
