[Upward Compensation] Sun Classic Care Service

Greetings, adventurers, this is GM DeNa.

 

It is my pleasure to introduce myself to the community, and I am thrilled to be here as well.

As we revealed our launch date, we will introduce various things about SUN Classic to you through a GM note.

 

The very first GM note will be about SUN Classic’s very own and secial service, the ‘Waldchen Recovery Service.’

 

Everyone could make mistakes while playing the game; delete your precious items, sell your most valuable stuff, and so on. Those mistakes are hard to recover and sometimes it is just not possible to recover the damage at all. SUN Classic team introduces the Waldchen Recovery Service is based on in-game data to help adventurers in trouble like those cases at our best.

 

Let me give you more details of Waldchen Recovery Service.

 

This is basically a helping hand for items that have been deleted or sold by mistake.

For deleting cases such as you trashed your valuable item by mistake while clearing your inventory after the hunting, Waldchen Recovery Service will help you recover your valuable item once.

For the case of being sold to shop by mistake, there will be two cases.

1. When you can buy your item back from the shop

 A. In SUN Classic, you are allowed to buy back the last 5 items you sold to the shop like the below image.
      This is the case you don’t need Waldchen Recovery Service to help you.





























1. When you cannot buy back your item from the shop

 A. Below cases are where you need the Waldchen Recovery Service to recover your item.

  i. You sold too many items that your valuable thing is no longer available in the recent sales list.

 

























 
























ii. You either log in back to your account or character after sold your item

iii. Time has been passed enough to reset the recent sales list

iiii. If you are in any of the above 3 cases, you can recover your item with Waldchen Recovery Service.

 

The question now will be how you can request for Waldchen Recovery Service. It is simple as following the below steps.

STEP 1. Go to the official website, find the SUPPORT menu, Waldchen Recovery Service category.

STEP 2. Fill in the details in the ticket: your character name, server, date, time, item name.
             Please make sure that your ticket category is Waldchen Recovery Service. 


After you submit your ticket for the Waldchen Recovery Service,
we will go through the appropriate process of checking the data and log and recover your requested item.

 

Before you request the Waldchen Recovery Service, please make sure to check below.

1. Waldchen Recovery Service is only available once per account. Make sure you only request it for a critical issue

2. You need to request in seven days from the incident. (It is difficult to find your data after seven days)

3. Waldchen Recovery Service is not available for items that have been lost while enchanting.

4. Random option of items might not be the same as your original item (Random option is completely random that we cannot manually set up).

5. Your account needs to be offline to deliver your request item to your character inventory.

6. If your request is confirmed as abusive, it could lead to the suspension on your account.

7. Waldchen Recovery Service can be changed or stop its service.
    This is it for Waldchen Recovery Service. We hope it could help you while you enjoy your time in SUN Classic.
    We will be diligent in our effort to make the service better for you.

The Second one we like to introduce will be maintenance compensation.

To offer more stable service and fix the issue, SUN Classic will have its maintenance.

Above are the type of maintenance in SUN Classic. Although maintenance is a must offer stable service, we would like to compensate for the time you miss to play SUN Classic. You can find details of compensation below.
