General Early closing of some events according to national mourning period

Recently, a tragic incident occurred in Korea. As the national mourning period is declared, the Halloween event will end early.
There is a bible verse that says, ‘Sorrow shared is halved’.
Although this tragedy happened to people far way, please take some time to extend sincere condolences.
